The roundtable seminar was held within the framework of the TOChina Summer School, organised by the TOChina Hub at the University of Turin, as part of the day dedicated to research under the ChinaMed Project.

The roundtable featured Emilie Tran (Hong Kong Metropolitan University) and Tinhinan El Kadi (University of Oxford) and was chaired by Enrico Fardella (ChinaMed – T.wai; UniOr).

The discussion focused on China’s role in the digital transformation of the MENA region, examining the international implications of China’s engagement in the region’s digital landscape.
